How To: Fall Outfits
I would like to think of this season’s outfits as particularly easy to put together because of the ability to layer so many things, which creates so many different outfits.
When putting together an outfit that might consist of a few layers I really like to think of what I want the main focus of the outfit to be. A lot of people refer to this as picking a “hero” piece. This piece should be the highlight of your outfit, but should also help you pick out an outfit easier based on what goes well with it.
For this fall outfit I chose a new army green coloured bomber jacket that I just got in the mail from Loavies (one of my new favourite e-commerce sites). I picked a lightweight light grey sweater from ASOS to go underneath it with a slight turtleneck for an added layering effect. From there I choose to go with all black (American Eagle jeans, booties, and Kate Spade purse) so as to not distract from the jacket. I also liked that my purse added some details with its gold hardware that matched the jackets gold hardware.
Hope you enjoy this look and let me know if there is anything you would like to see next time!
