Mikes Bike Tour, Theatinerkirche Church, Biergarten, and The Hofbrauhaus.
Thought I would share a quick post today about Munich!
Munich was awesome for its beer, pretzels, architecture, and bike rides! So, if you are into any of those things I would highly recommend it. Oh and obviously football, if you didn’t know already. It was probably even more incredible when you do not visit on a rainy Saturday evening and Sunday when all of the shops are closed for the day… Especially when the one thing you really love to do is shop.
I did really enjoy the bike ride to the Biergarten though where we got to try pork knuckle with beer, and some of us played a beer and pretzel drinking game as well! Also on the bike tour we ended up pedalling by some pretty amazing surfers, which was very strange to see because they were riding extremely fast waves coming out of the dam in front of them. My favourite part of Munich however was actually getting to spend most of Sunday in the Hofbrauhaus where I tried my first Radler Beer ever and it is by far my new favourite beer to drink. It is just their house beer mixed with sprite, but it was Fantastic.
However I do not have much else to say about Munich because it was very rainy, and there was not much else to do besides relax and drink a beer but that is never a bad thing so it was a pretty nice weekend!
Stayed tuned for more about my European adventure!
